Whether you're walking a job site, stepping off a site visit, or catching up between meetings, you now have the essential day-to-day tools right in your pocket.
This first release focuses on the features your field and office teams reach for most often, logging site activity, capturing receipts, tracking hours, managing tasks, and staying in touch through messages. Everything syncs with your existing Structur account in real time, so anything you do on mobile is immediately reflected on the web app for the rest of your team.
The mobile app is designed to complement the Structur web experience, not replace it. More features will roll out over time, but today's release covers the workflows that matter most when you're away from your desk. Currently, the app is available for iOS devices only. An Android version is on the Structur roadmap. Here's everything you need to know to download it, log in, and get started.
Understanding the Structur Mobile App
What It Does
The Structur Mobile App allows you and your team to:
Create daily logs – Capture site progress, notes, and photos directly from the job site.
Submit receipts – Snap and upload receipts the moment you get them so nothing gets lost.
Track time sheets – Log your hours from wherever you're working, no desktop required.
Manage tasks – View, update, and complete tasks assigned to you on the go.
Send and receive messages – Stay in touch with your team directly from the app.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Download the App
Note: The Structur Mobile App is currently available for iOS devices only (iPhone and iPad). An Android version is on the Structur roadmap and will be released in a future update.
Open this link on your phone to download Structur: https://structur.com/download
Install the app on your device.
Once installed, open the app to get started.
2. Log In to Your Account
Note: The mobile app is for logging in to existing accounts only. You cannot create a new Structur account from the mobile app.
Open the Structur Mobile App.
Enter the email address and password you use for your Structur web account.
Tap Log In.
If you don't have a Structur account yet, you'll need to create one on the web first (see step 3 below).
3. Create a New Account (Web Only)
Important: Account creation is only available on the web. If you try to sign up from the mobile app, you'll be redirected to do this on the web first.
On any browser (desktop or mobile), go to https://app.structur.com/sign-up.
Complete the sign-up flow to create your Structur account.
Once your account is set up, return to the mobile app and log in with your new credentials.
4. Start Using the Available Features
Once logged in, you'll see the main navigation with the features available in this release:
Daily Logs – Tap to view, create, or edit logs for your active projects.
Receipts – Tap to upload a new receipt or review previously submitted ones.
Time Sheets – Tap to clock time against a project or review your entries.
Tasks – Tap to see tasks assigned to you and update their status.
Messages – Tap to read and reply to conversations with your team.
Note: Features not listed above (such as scheduling, estimating, and full project management views) are currently only available on the web app. More mobile features are on the Structur roadmap.

Log in once and stay signed in – The app will keep you logged in on your device, so you won't need to re-enter credentials every time you open it.
