Systems Accelerator is a coaching program built specifically for general contractors who want to stop running their business from memory and start running it with documented systems. It is built into Structur and gives you the systems library, video trainings, downloadable resources, and depending on your tier, direct access to Jesse and the community.
The program is built around 7 Core Systems that cover every department in a construction business: Marketing, Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Field Management, Office Management, and Bookkeeping. There is also a Human Resources system included. Each system comes with ready to use SOP templates you can import directly into your Company Operations area in Structur, so you are not starting from scratch. The templates give you the framework. Your team fills in the details to make them your own.
Systems Accelerator comes in three tiers: Lite, Growth, and Elite. Every tier includes the full library of 100+ systems and lifetime access to the video trainings. What changes between tiers is how much coaching and community access you get around the implementation, not how long you can use the systems.
Every tier also includes free use of Structur for your SOPs. Actions in the SOP area do not consume credits, so you can build out and run your standard operating procedures at no software cost.

1. Open Systems Accelerator
Click Systems Accelerator in the left navigation
What you see depends on your tier. Every tier gets My Program, Templates, Video Training, Frameworks, and Resources. Growth and Elite also get Community, Coach, and Mastermind.
2. Browse and Import SOP Templates
Click the Templates tab
If you have not started the program yet, click Start Program to unlock the full library
Use the category filter on the left to browse by department: All, Marketing, Sales, Estimating, Project Management, or Field Management
Click any template to preview it
Import it directly into your Company Operations area in Structur
Note: Templates are frameworks. They give you the structure and the starting point. Your team customizes the content to match how your company actually works, so do not expect them to be plug and play without any setup.
3. Download Resources
Click the Resources tab
Browse by category: General for business and delegation guides, Marketing for advertising, email, social media and lead generation, Sales for qualification and sales process guides, Estimating for overhead calculation tools and estimating frameworks, and Contract Templates for subcontractor agreements, lump sum, cost plus, design build, and preconstruction contracts

Work through the trainings for the system you are installing
Video training access is lifetime on every tier, including Lite. It does not expire when a program period ends.

Customize templates before rolling them out – Import a template, read every section, and update the language to reflect how your company actually operates before asking anyone to follow it.
Pair Resources with Templates – The downloadable resources are designed to complement the SOPs. A marketing template works better alongside the email and advertising guides.

Assign templates once imported – After importing into Company Operations, assign each SOP to the relevant team members so they can learn and follow it.

Q: What is the difference between the three tiers?

Q: What happens when my program period ends?
A: Your systems, templates, resources and video trainings stay with you permanently. The mastermind calls, private community and AI Coach are tied to your program period, 6 months on Growth and 12 months on Elite, and end when that period ends. You will be notified beforehand.
Q: Do I have to pay for Structur separately?
A: Not to use your SOPs. Every Systems Accelerator tier includes free use of Structur for your standard operating procedures, and SOP actions do not consume credits. If you want to use the wider software, such as leads, projects, estimating or invoicing, that runs on a Structur software plan.
Q: Can I upgrade from Lite later?
A: Yes, at any time. Use the Lite to Growth or Lite to Elite links in the Enroll or Upgrade step above, and you pay only the difference.
Q: Do the SOP templates work automatically or do I need to set them up?
A: They are frameworks, not automated systems. Importing a template gives you the sections, headings and process outline. Your team fills in the specific steps and standards for your company. Plan time to customize each one before rolling it out.
